Ski tours in the Oberallgäu

In the foothills of the Allgäuer Alps, beginners and connoisseurs will find what they are looking for. The ski tours near Wertach are relatively easy and do not present any unusual challenges. Around Balderschwang, which is also called "Bavarian Siberia" because of its abundance of snow, there are a large number of possible ski tours on Siplinger Kopf, Heidenkopf or Feuerstätterkopf.

In the group of horns Rangiswanger, Sigiswanger or Ofterschwanger Horn offer tours with impressive views.

In the Ostrachtal, too, fans of powder snow get their money's worth: numerous ski tours with high peaks and beautiful slopes await winter sports enthusiasts. A good starting point is the Giebelhaus in the Hinteren Ostrachtal. Mountains such as the Schochen or the demanding Große Wilde are approached from the Giebelhaus.
